Course Fee Policy
- £175 applies to secure your place on the course (non-refundable)
- £325 ACE Courses registration Fee (including the Approved Fee of the Ofqual Regulated Training Provision/Qualification) is payable at an agreed time (non-refundable).
- The remaining course fee is payable at least 4 weeks before the course starts.
Refund Policy
- 75% of the remaining course fee is refundable within the first two weeks of deciding not to continue with the course, thereafter...
- 50% of the remaining course fee will be refundable if you leave the course within a further 2 weeks.
- Nil thereafter.

If you do not fully meet the eligibility criteria for any of the courses on offer but feel you would be suitable for the course because you have other equivalent qualifications and/or experience relevant to your application; please request a recognition of prior learning form. We aim to provide a decision within 48 hours of receipt of your completed form and requirements accompanied by a nominal non-refundable administration payment to cover the cost of assessment.
